Two of our Asia Pacific team, Simon Ward and Liew Boon Tat, attended the Offshore Wind Power Conference in Tokyo, and connected with our clients in Japan with whom they're working to deliver pre-risk solutions to assist in the development of offshore wind projects.
The offshore wind market in Asia is expanding rapidly, both in the number of countries developing infrastructure, and the scale and complexity of the projects, with floating turbines seen as the next challenge. Our expertise in pre-risk work for floating offshore structures and many successful deep-water installations equips us to provide our clients with industry best practice solutions.
Our local and international renewable claims experience means that we understand the infrastructure and supply chain challenges that often exist in losses in the region and so we are able to assist all stakeholders in swift resolution of claims.
