He joined our Mexico team in 2007, handling a diverse range of onshore and offshore claims. Juan holds a BSc in Petroleum Chemical Engineering and MSc in Business Administration and has over 20 years of experience in the energy insurance market. His adjusting experience in energy and petrochemical claims includes Physical Damage, Contractors’ All Risk, Hull and Machinery, Cargo, Liability and Well Control coverages. His engineering expertise is also geared towards offshore and onshore risk assessments, surveys and audits, as well as valuations of assets for insurance purposes.

After graduating with a bachelor degree in International Affairs, Jazmin began her insurance career in the risk management division of the state oil company in Mexico, handling cargo, hull and machinery claims. She joined MatthewsDaniel in 2014 as a claims adjuster supporting diverse onshore and offshore claims based in our Mexico office.

Adriana’s experience focusses on complex engineering claims, both onshore and offshore, with particular involvement in well control losses in North and South America. She has a Master’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering and is fluent in English and Spanish. Before beginning her adjusting career with MatthewsDaniel in 2009, Adriana spent eight years working in the Gulf of Mexico as an offshore cementing engineering specialist, in both the US Continental Shelf and deepwater environments.
